Girl Injured In Christmas Eve Rollover Accident

A 2-year-old girl is thrown from a vehicle Saturday during a one-vehicle rollover accident in Utah. The accident happened shortly after 9:00 a.m. in the eastbound lanes of Interstate-70 near Cisco,Utah, State Patrol says 31–year–old Moses Flores was driving when he reached around to do something with the family, then lost control of the mini–van. The vehicle rolled and while Flores' wife, their 11–year–old son and 4–year–old daughter suffered minor injuries, the couple's 2–year–old daughter suffered head injuries when her car seat was ejected from the car. The girl was air–lifted to St. Mary's Hospital in Grand Junction and her condition is unknown at this time.
