A Grand Junction attorney will need to look for an attorney of his own.
Back in May of last year Timothy Tuthill was arrested for drug charges after police stopped what they thought was a stolen car.
On Tuesday night Tuthill was arrested again.
Grand Junction police pulled over Tuthill when he was weaving on North Avenue. After a search of the vehicle,
police found drug paraphanalia, prescription medications,
and a substance suspected to be meth.
Tuthill was advised of his charges on Wednesday and they included charges for driving under the influence of drugs,
possession of a controlled substance,
and possession of suspected meth amphetamines.
