New figures are being released from the New Year's holiday, and it seems that there was an increase the number of people arrested for drinking and driving in Colorado.
State authorities say there were 370 arrests of suspected
drunken drivers this year, which is up from 348 a year earlier.
In 2004, Colorado dropped the blood alcohol level for a DUI from
.10 percent to .08 percent.
