One man is dead and two injured in a rollover crash on interstate 70. The crash happened at about 2:30 this afternoon one mile east of the clifton exit. An eyewitness says the pickup truck was traveling well over the posted 75 mile per hour speed limit when it went off the road. When emergency crews arrived they found one man had died of his injuries after being thrown from the truck as it rolled at least once. The eyewitness says he was westbound on interstate 70 at milepost 37 when the blue truck flew past him. The truck appeared to veer off the left side of the road and the driver overcorrected,
that sent the truck crashing into the desert. The other two men in the truck were not seriously injured and were transported to St. Mary's hospital. Colorado State Patrol Troopers did not have any information at the time on the vicitm's identity or where they were from.
