The Grand Junction Police Department is asking for help in locating a 15 year old female with a diminished mental capacity that walked away from a facility just before 8 p.m. on Monday. The Grand Junction Police Department is looking for Alicia Reed, who was last seen climbing over a backyard fence at 1020 Grand Avenue heading north. Police describe Reed is described as a white female, 5-2, 110 lb, with brown hair and brown eyes. The teen was wearing tan pants and a long sleeve white shirt with pink and blue strips.
