An autopsy shows that the death of a toddler in Fruita yesterday was an accident. Dr. Dean Havlik from the Mesa County Coroner's office has ruled the cause of death for 2 year old Ebony Williams as drowning. She was reported missing by her parents yesterday shortly before 1:30 p.m. They told authorities she was out of their sight for 10 minutes. Officials responded to 1660 18 Road in Fruita and searched the area. Ebony was spotted inside a septic system that had been covered by a large rubber ball. Officials attempted to resuscitate the girl at the scene.
