Mesa County Treasurer Monica Todd announces her candidacy for re–election today in Grand Junction.
As Treasurer for the last three years Todd has brought a number of innovations to the department, including the ability for residents to pay county taxes using credit cards and electronic checks.
At one pointTtodd became emotional as she acknowledged the excellence of the staff she works with, as her entire staff joined a crowd of supporters to offer their backing for her re–election.
