Downtown Grand Junction Is Hit By Graffiti

The Grand Junction Police Department is currently investigating graffiti that has been spray painted on Main Street businesses.

Officers suspect that the graffiti was spray painted during Wednesday night or early Thursday morning and an investigation revealed that there were almost twenty different businesses and art pedestals in the Main Street area that have been spray painted.
The estimate is that the paint caused more than $1,900 dollars in damage, which the city will have to pay for.

The investigation will continue, and officers ask anyone that might have seen anything suspicious that night to please call the police department.
