A truck is still submerged in the Colorado River more than 36 hours later.
Crews were supposed to remove the water truck early this morning then pushed it back to this afternoon and then decided not to do it all today.
A crane and three winch trucks were brought in to remove the truck but a boat is also needed.
The water truck slipped into the fast moving river Saturday night at around 8:45 pm. Resort Trucking says the driver backed it up to fill it with water when the brakes failed.
Officials say the truck poses no risk to the environment...
No word on when it will be removed.
