Man Rapes Seven Year Old; Gets 52 Years
A 22-year-old man has been sentenced to 52 years in prison for sexually assaulting four young girls.

A 22-year-old man has been sentenced to 52 years in prison for sexually assaulting four young girls. David Diesburg was sentenced Thursday, after his prison term is up, he will spend the rest of his life on parole.
Diesburg plead guilty to molesting the four girls he used to babysit, and raping one of them. The defense argued for a lesser sentence because Diesburg himself was sexually assaulted as a child.
The prosecution showed sympathy but argued that there are four more children in this world that now have to suffer the physical and psychological pain he did.
Diesburg will receive counseling while he is prison.
