Congressman John Salazar makes a stop in Grand Junction today to help residents on the Western Slope work through challenges associated with the new Medicare prescription drug plan. Representatives from Medicare and various prescription drug plans were on site today to help answer questions and help walk people through the enrollment. Salazar acknowledges that there is a lot of confusion associated with the government's new plan and says he doesn't feel the government has an adequate infrastructure to take care of too many people at once. There are 48 different plans for residents to choose from.
