State lawmakers from Grand Junction meet with their constituents this morning to explain some of the bills they're working on in the legislature.
State Representatives Bernie Buescher and Josh Penry along with Senator Ron Teck took part in the League of Women Voter's Annual Legislative coffee. Each was given a chance to tell the crowd what bills they're sponsoring and why. Then those in attendance were able to ask questions and voice their opinions on what they think are the main issues that need to be addressed. On the top of everyone's list was health care. And while Senator Ron Teck and Representative Buescher say there's no simple solution they agree something needs to change.
