A 13-year-old student was disciplined by one of his wrestling coaches for what the school says was disruptive behavior during wrestling practice Wednesday night. The coach at Wiggins Junior High School, about 50 miles east of Denver, tied the student to a weight bench, then taped his eyes, mouth and whole body using athletic tape. The boy's mother says her son was forced to lay there for several hours. The school district is investigating the incident. Police say criminal charges may be filed.
