The Division of Wildlife is adding a staff member to its Grand Junction office to accommodate the surge in energy activity in Western Colorado. Kim Kaal will work as a liaison between the energy industry and federal and state regulators. Kaal is a certified professional geologist and has years of experience in as an environmental consultant in the energy industry.
