Bernie Buescher is approaching the end of his first term as state representative,
and he's not done yet.
Buescher announced Saturday morning he will run for a second term in the house.
He says he just hasn't finished all that he wants to accomplish just yet.
Buescher had more bills signed into law than any other representative.
Some republicans on the front range have vowed to unseat Buescher,
but the representative says he doesn't feel Republicans on the Western Slope feel the same way.
Currently Buescher is the only Democrat running for this seat,
and two republicans,
Riecke Claussen and Bob Caskey,
are listed as registered candidates on the Colorado Secretary of State's website.
