A brand new home worth more than $200,000.00 is being be built in hopes of raising money for Habitat for Humanity. Habitat's Third Annual Auction House Program kicked off Tuesday afternoon with a ground breaking ceremony in Fruitvale's Irish Walk Subdivision. This year Zeck Homes is proud to take on the project. Mansel Zeck, President of Zeck Homes says the home will be fully loaded with donated upgrades such as superior cabinets and fixtures so that earning potential is maximized.
Zeck adds he's excited to get going with the construction. The home will be auctioned off in September. The home will similar to the model home in the irish walk subdivision. Interested bidders are encouraged to take a tour of it prior to bidding. Last year the Auction House Program raised more than $100,000.00 for Habitat for Humanity.
