Fruita and Palisade Hold Municipal Elections Tommorow

Tuesday, Fruita and Palisade residents will vote in their municipal elections.

Fruita voters will be selecting their mayor, three council members, and decide on a tabor issue. Fruita resident must bring in their mail in ballots to the civic center if they have not already mailed the ballot in. Palisade voters will select four town trustees out of eleven candidates. They will vote at the polls at Veterans Memorial Park. The elections will take place between 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m.

The Mesa County Clerks Office will be tabulating the votes, and should have the election results for both cities by 9:30 p.m. that evening.
