Mesa County Coroner Rules Death Suicide

The Mesa County Coroner says the man whose body was found Thursday near the Department of Energy compound took his own life.

The body was found between the railroad tracks and the river off 26 and 3/8 road.

The coroner has not released the victim's name.

The coroner says the man died of a single gunshot wound.
