At around 8:45 Sunday evening a power pole was struck by lightning in Glade Park and cut off power to KKCO's transmitter, knocking 11 News off the air.

Any programs that were shown while power was knocked out will not be re-shown.

Crews from Grand Valley Power worked through the night and were able to restore power at 5:31a.m.
