More than 24,000 gas grills are being recalled because they can overheat and melt.

The Prefect Flame Double Lid, Four Burner Gas Grill is being recalled because the cooking chamber can melt or catch fire. So far there have been almost 200 reports of grills melting or catching fire causing damage to property.

The grills were sold at Lowe's Home Centers from October of 2007 through July 2008 with a product model number of gac3615.

If you have the grill return those to any Lowe’s store, without the propane tank, for a full refund.
