Beijing (AP) The rest of the weekend will be mostly about sports for President Bush.

Before the opening cermonies in Beijing, the president gave a pep talk to the U.S. olympic team. He told the athletes, win “as many golds as you possibly can,” and urged them to “go forth, give it all you got.”

The President plans to watch the women's basketball team play, and also catch some men's and women's swimming. Before he leaves, he'll be there to see the men from the U.S. and China go at it on the basketball court.

His schedule is open enough so that he can cherry-pick other sporting events, too.

But Bush will squeeze a little more government business in before he leaves. On Sunday he'll attend a church service, before speaking to reporters about religious freedom. He'll also sit down for talks with Chinese President Hu Jintao as well as China's vice president and premier.
