Grand Junction's 125th anniversary is next year, and the search is on to find an author to write all about the city's history.
The Grand Junction 125th anniversary book committee is searching for an author who can have the book completed by March of 2007. The committee is looking for a writer that has experience writing long articles or books. The book will be released in conjunction with other Grand Junction anniverary events held next summer. Proceeds from the sale of the book will go to other Grand Junction anniversary events.
