The Mesa County Sheriff's Office is hoping the public can help them find a wanted man and warning local businesses to beware.

An arrest warrant has been issued for 33-year-old Nick Evan Angel. Since mid–July, investigators say they have connected him to multiple fraud cases.

Officials say angel could be in possession of fraudulent checks and forms of identification. Authorities believe he has defrauded local grocery stores and restaurants out of several hundreds of dollars.

Evans is wanted for more than a dozen charges.
