Bob Schaffer's Wife Has Tumor Save Email Print

Republican U.S. Senate Candidate Bob Schaffer says his wife has been diagnosed with a benign tumor. The tumor is reportedly located on her auditory nerve inside the inner ear and she will be undergoing surgery in Arizona August 28th.
Schaffer says he will be with his wife for the surgery and her recovery which could take about two weeks.
In a statement released by his campaign, he says, "Our family appreciates the support and prayers of our many friends across Colorado, and we both look forward to the campaign trail in September." She is expected to make a full recovery.
