DUI related deaths are down nationwide that's good news of course but the bad news is that they are up in Colorado.

In Colorado in 2007, 226 people were killed in alcohol related crashes that is eight more people than the year before. Drunk driving deaths went down in 32 states and up in the rest.

More than 65 law enforcement agencies across Colorado are cracking down this Labor Day weekend, and they want you to know if you are over the limit; you will be under arrest.
