A suspected serial bomber from Grand Junction waived his right to a detention hearing today. Robert Burke appeared in U.S. District Court in Denver today. During the hearing, the judge ordered he be detained without bond because he was considered a danger to the community and a flight risk. Burke is accused of planting incendiary devices at the homes of five former co–workers in March. In April, he was arrested in Utah and transported to Denver to face charges. Also today, Burke's attorney, who is a Federal Public defender entered a not guilty plea and a tentative trial date is scheduled for July
