Marijuana Plants Found in Backyard Save Email Print

An anonymous tip led mesa county deputies to marijuana plants growing in a backyard.

Deputies say they found six plants at the home of 59 year old Curtis Ford of Grand Junction. When deputies searched inside the home, located on Ronald Drive, they also found several bags full of marijuana. According to an arrest affidavit one deputy said that the quantity of marijuana found, is consistent with distribution.

43 year old Theresa Dolan was living in a trailer on the property and had methamphetamine on her when deputies arrived. Curtis Ford was arrested for possession, cultivation, and distribution of marijuana...and Theresa Ford was also arrested for charges along with of possession of methamphetamine, cultivation of marijuana, and child abuse.
