Bond Set at $100,000 for Suspected GJ Scores Robber

Bond has been set for a man accused of robbing a local bowling alley at gun point.

Charles Rutz faced a judge for the first time on felony charges of robbery and menacing. Rutz told the judge he needed to get out of jail because he is in the process of getting a job and has a girlfriend and two kids that need him. But the judge noted Rutz has three prior felony convictions and set his bond at $100,000.

Rutz is accused of sticking a gun in the face of a cashier at GJ Scores and demanding money from the register.

He remains behind bars and is due back in court in early September.
