Representative Penry Asks For Termination of Ward Churchill

A committee of faculty at the University of Colorado has found that Ward Churchill was guilty of repeated and deliberate research misconduct.

Controversy has surrounded CU professor Ward Churchill ever since comments he made comparing 911 victims to Nazi's.
The controversy shed light on the tenure process at state universities
and now that evidence has been found showing that Churchill is fraudulent.
State representative Josh Penry,
who served on the education committee,
has asked CU to step up and terminate Churchill.

The committee that conducted the investigation into Churchill's practices is split on whether or not Churchill should be fired.
