Two people have been arrested two people in connection with a kidnapping and robbery of a man from his Orchard Mesa home thursday evening.
34 year old William Howard and 25 year old Trisha Switzler are facing numerous charges in the case. Officials believe the two came to the residence on Orchard Mesa, one of them showed a handgun and demanded money. The suspects allegedly then drove the victim to a bank to withdraw money, which was closed. They then took the victim to the public library to use a computer to move money, and that's where the victim was able to call for help.
The two are currently in the Mesa County Jail and face several charges including aggravated robbery and second degree kidnapping.
