An Orchard Mesa man convicted of attempted Internet luring is back behind bars.
Antonio Lazcano use to perform in Grand Junction as Giggles the Clown. He was booked into the Mesa County Jail on August First on a parole violation.
Lazcano sent pornographic pictures of himself to a 12–year–old girl.
The Otero County Sheriff's Office arrested Lazcano in May of 2007 in Grand Junction where he was working as Giggles the Clown.
The 30–year–old reached a plea deal in the case in which six felony sex charges were dropped when he pleaded guilty to attempted Internet luring. He spent only 15 months behind bars and did not have to register as a sex offender.
Lazcano is being held at the Mesa County Jail without bond.
