The Twenty-First Judicial District names a new Magistrate. Stephanie Rubinstein will serve as Magistrate starting July third.
Magistrate Rubinstein will mainly hear domestic relations cases– including post decree matters, contempt of court and contested final hearings. Rubinstein will also be assigned all traffic infraction cases...
For four and a 1/2 years Rubinstein worked for the City of Grand Junction as a Staff Attorney and for the past three years she's worked as a Private Practice Attorney. Rubinstein says she ready to bring her experience to the Twenty–First Judicial District. The Twenty–First Judicial District has grown from eight to ten judicial officers with the recent hiring of both Magistrate Rubinstein and County Court Judge Gretchen Larson.
