Delta County Enacts Fire Bans

Delta County has enacted a fire ban on all property other than federal lands and state parks and towns that have adopted their own burning regulations.
The ban is on open fires including agricultural burning, campfires and fireworks as well as the burning of debris.
The ban does not include barbecue grills and fire pans in permanent fireplaces. For more information on the fire ban contact the Delta County Sheriff's Office.
