The family of Stefan Martin-Urban released the following statement to 11 News Monday:
"The family of Stefan Martin-Urban extends their heartfelt condolences to the victims of the families and requests their privacy be respected as they grieve their losses.”
11 News has learned the 22-year-old grew up in Anchorage Alaska. A newspaper from his hometown says he graduated in 2005, but gives no other background information.
