The 8th Annual American Cancer Society Relay For Life of Grand Junction kicked off Friday night at Stocker Stadium.
Businesses, clubs, families and friends form teams and will walk around the field all night until Saturday morning at 10 am. to show their support in the fight against cancer.
The relay started at 6 o'clock with a victory lap where cancer survivors walked around the field. Over 400 cancer survivors participated in the victory lap.
