The heaps of twisted metal and scraps usually seen from the 5th Street bridge are on their way out. Vangundy's is less than one month away from the August 1st deadline by that date. All of VanGundy's junk metal needs to be moved to its new location. Tons and tons of material is in the process of being moved and the yard looks much emptier than a few months ago. VanGundy says there is still a lot of work left to do in a very short time. If VanGundy has not completely moved by the first he will have to pay the city $5000 a day until everything is at the new site.
