Body Found In Canal Identified
The coroner used fingerprints to identify the body as Alan Roseberry, 36, of Canon City, Colorado.
The cause of death was determined as a drowning and the coroner suspects that Roseberry died on or close to July 9th, a week before his body was found.
Preliminary reports do find traces of alcohol in the body but there will not be a definitive answer on that until toxicology reports are returned in a few weeks.
