The first of four meetings concerning elk and deer management on the Grand Mesa is set for Monday.
The Colorado Division of Wildlife will be taking public comments regarding revisions to the management plans which are done every 10 years and look to set goals for male and female ratios within the elk and deer populations. The meeting will provide information on different scenarios concerning the animal populations on the Grand Mesa.
