The Ridgway Marshall’s office is investigating a case of sexual assault that may have happened at Ridgway High School; this according to our friends at the Montrose Daily Press.

Preliminary information indicates the female student was at school when she was assaulted by a six foot tall male who is described as being clean-shaven and between the ages of 18 and 20.

The Marshall's office says they don't know who the suspect is but don't believe he's a student at the school. Anyone with information is asked to call authorities right away.
