If the idea of a free cruise around Hawaii sounds like your idea of living well, then signing up for one Mesa County Health Department program may be a good idea.
Registration began yesterday for the free Live Well program and the 13–week challenge. Participants get health tips, inspiring stories and much more, including a discount card good at 40 area merchants.
Entrants qualify for monthly prizes as well as the Grand Prize- a 7–day cruise around the Hawaiian Islands for four including air fare from Grand Junction.
