A Cedaredge man missing for two days has been located in Vail. 85-year-old Dean Chapman, who suffers from Alzheimer's Disease, was last reported to be seen in Hotchkiss. Family members became concerned because he could have been on his way to Texas.
According to a family member Chapman's son was on his way to Vail to pick the World War II veteran up and bring him home.
