25 years is the sentence for the man who held up a bowling alley at gunpoint this summer.

In august.. 37-year-old Charles Rutz walked into GJ Scores, held a BB gun to the face of a 17-year-old cashier, demanded money and fled.

Today he asked a judge for no more than 15 years in jail.

He says he is HIV positive and will likely die in jail if it is any more than that.

After reviewing his criminal history, which includes three felony counts, the judge decided the 25 year sentence is appropriate.
