Bond has been set for a local man accused of sexually assaulting a 13–old–girl.

Twenty year old Martin Jose Nartinez is being held at Mesa County Jail on a $25,000 bond.

Investigators say a MySpace friendship turned into a sexual relationship that the young girl couldn't consent to by law.

The victim alleges she met Martinez in November where he supplied drugs and booze. Later that night she says they had sex.

You may rememember, back in September of 2007, Martinez was shot in the face when he answered his front door. According to the arrest affidavit, the shooter was the boyfriend of a girl that claimed Martinez had sexually assaulted her.
