Over 1100 cyclists participated in this year's Tour of the Valley Century Ride Sunday morning. Community Hospital has sponsored the annual event for the past 19 years.
Participants could ride in one of five routes, including the century ride which goes through the Colorado National Monument. Community hospital started the event because they were looking for an outlet to get involved in the community. After the tour, the riders were fed a carb loaded lunch and ice cold beer.
