A 52–year–old man is in jail after investigators say he offered an 11–year–old girl money in exchange for a look at her chest.

Robert Bowling is facing charges of sexual assault on a child without the use of force.

According to an arrest affidavit, Bowling paid the young victim one to two dollars to perform chores around his apartment like taking out the trash and washing windows. When the 11–year–old asked how she could earn more money for Christmas, Bowling told her she could show him her breasts. The victim then acted like her mom was calling her cell phone and ran home.

When questioned about the incident, police say Bowling failed a lie detector test.

He's being held on a $10,000 bond.
