With the November election right around the corner, we're starting to see more advertisements addressing issues and candidates and one group is getting their message out through a billboard.
The Colorado Conservation Voters Campaign Fund unveiled its billboard Tuesday, saying that Republican gubernatorial candidate Bob Beauprez has flip flopped when it comes to Western Slope water issues.
The group says they simply want to raise awareness for voters before going to the polls.
Colorado Conservation Voters Campaign Fund as a group has publicly endorsed Bill Ritter for governor and in response, a spokesman with the Beauprez campaign maintains that the congressman is the only candidate with a comprehensive plan that will meet the Western Slope water needs for years to come.
