Two People Walk Away From Walker Field Plane Crash

A small plane taking off from Walker Field suddenly veers off the runway, ending up more than 150 south on the parking apron near Walker Field's terminal building. The skid damaged the landing gear of the plane, a 1978 Mahle registered to a Blanding, Utah company.

The two people on board were not injured. It's not yet known why the plane went off the runway, and an inquiry into the incident will be done by the federal government.
