Ever wanted to learn more about the city you live in and how it operates? Well, now's your chance.
The city of Grand Junction is looking for a class of motivated and interested students to participate in an academy that will offer an in–depth look at how the city works. The Citizens Academy is free of charge and coordinators say it's a great way to get involved.
During the course participants will also have the chance to do police ride alongs, see fire equipment demonstrations and more.
