Some Grand Valley Residents Walk For A Good Cause

A couple hundred Grand Valley residents got some exercise Sunday for a good cause. The 3rd Annual Walk To D' Feet ALS, also known as Lou Gehrig's Disease, was held out at Stocker Stadium.
The walk is sponsored by the Rocky Mountain Chapter of the ALS Association, which provides services to people in Grand Junction affected by the disease. ALS is a devastating, fatal neuromuscular disease.
The ALS Foundation hopes to raise $20,000 from Sunday's walk.
