Today was day three of a seven day trail for a man accused of attempted murder.
Daniel Roy Alexander is accused of shooting at a police officer back in January of 2005.
Today, three key witnesses recounted the events that unraveled the evening of the incident. The prosecution called on a crime scene investigator, eye witness and an officer who was at the scene near 26th street and Belford, where Alexander allegedly shot at Officer John Ferguson.
